Step into an intimate kitchen setting and join Chef Eduardo “Lalo” García, the visionary behind Máximo Bistrot and one of Mexico’s most renowned culinary figures. Known for his honest, seasonal cuisine and dedication to local producers, Lalo personally selects each ingredient to highlight the richness and diversity of Mexico’s terroir.

Guests are welcomed with a handcrafted cocktail before beginning a hands-on culinary journey. The class opens with an exploration of the ingredients, each carrying its own story and origin, followed by step by step guidance in preparing a carefully curated menu.

Throughout the workshop, participants enjoy a warm and collaborative atmosphere, accompanied by wine or refreshing nonalcoholic pairings.
