A one of a kind experience where mezcal becomes your muse. Guided by expert mixologists, guests will embark on a three cocktail journey using Gente de Mezcal, an exclusive and boutique mezcal brand. A double gold and gold medal winner at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, each bottle represents small batch artistry, harvested and distilled by hand to preserve centuries of tradition.
The evening begins with a mezcal tasting to explore the spirit’s complexity and flavor profiles. Guests will then dive into cocktail creation, learning bartending techniques and insider tips while crafting their own personalized mezcal based masterpiece.
Each cocktail is perfectly paired with a curated dish designed to enhance and complement its flavors, creating an immersive progression of tastes:
First Pairing: Smoked scallop aguachile with pasilla chile ash and calpis pearls, paired with a bright, citrus forward, herbal cocktail.
Second Pairing: Pork belly taco in hoja santa tortilla with squash blossoms, avocado cream, and micro purslane, paired with a floral and fresh cocktail.
Third Pairing: Confit duck with mole manchamanteles, plantain cream, roasted baby vegetables, and microgreens, paired with a bold, smoky, spice layered cocktail.
